We decided to interview several realtors when we were ready to put our house on the market but after we met with Jennifer, she was clearly the one for us.

She is enthusiastic, a good communicator, very professional, and very personable. She exhibited a detailed knowledge of our area and her staging advice was very valuable and we feel that it helped sell our house quickly. We left town on a Thursday night, Jennifer listed our house on Friday, hosted an open house the following Saturday and Sunday, and we had multiple offers waiting on us when we returned home Monday afternoon. Jennifer coached us through the offers and we went under contract the next day. We feel that we hit a home run with the price we got for our house, even though we thought it was too high but Jennifer's confidence and experience inspired us to go with the "home run" price. This was the easiest sale and closing we've had in our 35 years of home ownership. We highly recommend Jennifer and we would use her again in the future.
